Participation in the Bend Brewfest: All Participants will supply 2 distinct beers and will have the option to also provide an X-Tap product (fees are $425).

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE DATA YOU SUBMIT BELOW IS ACCURATE. If you would like us to pour a beer still in production with details tbd, give us the details you do have (style, for example) so we can use that information to help you grab a spot in our Festival. Our selection committee will review the information you've provided to determine our final lineup.

If you are not yet prepared to commit to the Beers that you will be providing, please check this box. You will receive a reminder email with login access to your not-yet-accepted brewery application. Applications close on February 22, at which point our Brewery Selection Committee will use information submitted to build our 2019 lineup.

If you are self-distributed, please verify you will have a jockey box with all working parts available for us to use at the event August 15, 16, 17, 2019


STEP 4: Terms & Certification

Upon execution of this contract with Bend Brewfest, our brewery named above agrees to participate, if accepted, in the 2019 Bend Brewfest (August 15-17) at the Les Schwab Amphitheater in Bend, Oregon.

Once accepted into the Bend Brewfest, it is understood that our brewery will have until April 1, 2019 to submit the $425.00 participation fee, and complete the beer information required by the festival. Each brewery must submit two distinct flavors of beer for the Bend Brewfest to purchase. It is understood that at least one of the beer flavors submitted by our brewery must not be readily available in grocery stores. Each participating brewery may only submit one IPA (excluding XTap selections).

The Bend Brewfest will purchase six 1/2 barrels of each of the two flavors of beer submitted from each participating brewery. Organizers will contact breweries directly by May 1, 2019 if more than 6 barrels of a flavor are required. Breweries partnered with Point Blank, Western, Columbia or Bigfoot will see all barrel delivery coordinated through their distributors. All other breweries (either self-distributed or distributed to non-local distributors) must coordinate delivery of their beer to the Les Schwab Amphitheater on Tuesday, August 13, or Wednesday, August 14, 2019, and pick up their empty kegs on Sunday, August 18, 2019.

This certifies that Bend Brewfest has been granted permission by our company named above, to use our company name, logo art and product description for the limited purpose of promoting the 2019 Bend Brewfest. Bend Brewfest reserves the right to cancel participation of any brewery in the festival. It is understood that promotional strategies for this event may include print, broadcast advertising, and the production and distribution of promotional merchandise. The terms of this release agreement shall cease effect on December 31, 2019.


PLEASE NOTE: Only 1 Brewery Brand per company will be considered for participation in the Bend Brewfest.
