Specially brewed for Bend Brewfest, this refreshing addition to The DAB Lab series was designed to enjoy in the high desert. It features a base of Central Oregon grown Mecca Grade malt in combination with progressive hopping techniques. A dizzying blend of hop varieties and products—including CO2 extractions, lupulin powder, and traditional hops—contribute vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus, white wine grapes, and dank herbs.
This refreshing wild ale blends a young witbier that was fermented on juicy NW peaches with rustic barrel-matured stock, producing a crisp and beautifully balanced beer that highlights fruity notes of orchard fruit and fresh berries alongside clean acidity and gentle wild character from our cellar's resident microflora.
This golden farmhouse ale was fermented in open top cognac barrels and conditioned in our wild cellar on caramelized local bartlett pears, producing a crisp and fruity wild ale offering notes of pear, tart cherry, and pineapple.
