This medium-bodied Pilsner is eminently drinkable at 4.6% ABV. Light gold in color and brilliantly clear. Delicate with soft malt flavors and a crisp, clean finish. Lightly hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Magnum hops. Nestled in the shadow of Black Butte, just a mile from the containment lines of the 2017 Milli Fire, lies Glaze Meadow, a natural grassland bracketed by ponderosa pines with man-made ponds near the edge. Here lies the largest Peck’s penstemon (a very rare purple flowered herbaceous perennial plant) population in the world, and it only occurs on 325 square miles of the planet!
Our experimental IPA series. Brewed with 2-Row, Belgium and Crystal 60 malt. Then we added a whole lotta hops: Chinook, Centennial and Mosaic hops, and then dry hopped with more Mosaic hops. Hints of spice, herbal and grassy notes with a nice bitterness to finish.
